      Lita Rossana Ford is an American rock guitarist, vocalist, and songwriter, who was the lead guitarist for The Runaways in the late 1970s before embarking on a solo career in the 1980s. Lita Ford was support on the complete 1983 U.K & European tour except for the show in Odense, Denmark. At the last show in Helsinki Lita Ford joined Rainbow during the encore on stage.

The group accumulated numerous charting singles and has sold more than 10 million albums worldwide. Dokken was 2nd support act on some shows Rainbow headlining dates (with Aldo Nova as 1st support) and Blue Öyster Cult as headliner when Rainbow was 1st support act.
