Frontiers Records has announced that the self-titled debut album of Rated X featuring Joe Lynn Turner on vocals, Karl Cochran on guitar and the reunion of the famed and beloved rhythm section of bassist Tony Franklin and drummer Carmine Appice will be released on November 7th in Europe and on November 11th in U.S.
