It's a collection of songs I wrote and recorded in my early 20's when I first moved to Hollywood. These songs aren't perfect, but there's some cool moments and I thought it would be fun to put them altogether on one release as sort of a warm up for my proper new album Duel which is very close to being finished. I recorded most of these songs when I was 22/23 and was still developing as a musician. Another cool thing about these songs are the musicians who played on them, this album has Vinny Appice, Carmine Appice, Rudy Sarzo, Jimmy Bain, Derek Sherinian, Tony Carey, just to name a few. All the songs were mixed by Gary Tole, who really did an amazing job taking the tracks we recorded in my living room and making them sound like they were recorded in professional studio! All the songs were recently remastered by Rob Keliner. The main character on the artwork is by Sketchy Bot and the comic artwork in the background is by my good friend Cary Quest! I’m happy to finally get these songs out there, some of which have been living on my hard drive for over 10 years!
